Nomination of 9W9 - The Nine While Nine Legacy for deletion

Deletion of a Page I'm in the Midst of Creating?

Is it usual Wikipedia practice to nominate a page for deletion when someone is actually in the middle of creating it. I have not even had a chance to fill in all the information or backing verification... May I please have a chance to finish before you judge it as unworthy of submission? Stasia Morineaux
