Request reason:

Caught by an open proxy block but this host or IP is not an open proxy. My current IP address is 195.158.249.12 HELLO. I frequently use a VPN to avoid unnecessary advertising and disruption. I would like to continue to make contributions to Wikipedia. How should I proceed? Thank you. Swickouski (talk) 01:58, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

This account or address is not in fact blocked from editing. Your inability to edit is likely because you are using a VPN, proxy, onion-type browser, or other service that hides your IP address. Please turn off any service that might be changing your IP, clear your browser's cache, and within 24 hours your should be able to edit again. If that does not work, please file another unblock request so we can try to get to root of the problem. If you would like to get around this block, you can try asking for IP Block exemption, but that is granted only rarely. CaptainEek Edits Ho Cap'n! 04:47, 23 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
