K25HU[edit]
When I was filling out the PHX TV template, I deliberately left K25HU off the list. Although licensed, the station is silent, and has never broadcast as far as I know. Its owner, Gerald Benevides, seems to be linked with TBN, but he's also notorious for building and licensing stations that remain silent. K53IJ is another example. Non-free images[edit]

In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
