Welcome to Wikipedia!!!

[edit]
Hello Teeveegal! Welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. If you decide that you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Please remember to sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically produce your name and the date. You may also push the signature button located above the edit window. Finally, please do your best to always fill in the edit summary field. This is considered an important guideline in Wikipedia. Even a short summary is better than no summary. Below are some pages to facilitate your involvement. Happy editing! -- Kukini hablame aqui 17:27, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Additions of http://.carmun.com

[edit]

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. Wikipedia is not a mere directory of links nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include (but are not limited to) links to personal web sites, links to web sites with which you are affiliated, and links that exist to attract visitors to a web site or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam policies for further explanations of links that are considered appropriate. If you feel the link should be added to the article, then please discuss it on the article's talk page rather than re-adding it. See the welcome page to learn more about Wikipedia. Thank you.--Hu12 17:47, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

[1]Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming, and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising. Thanks. --Hu12 17:52, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding inappropriate external links to Wikipedia. It is considered spamming and Wikipedia is not a vehicle for advertising or promotion. Since Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, additions of links to Wikipedia will not alter search engine rankings. If you continue spamming, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. - Mike Rosoft 17:53, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted as well, preventing anyone from linking to them from all of Wikipedia. --Hu12 18:09, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Help me!

[edit]

{{helpme}} okay, I am not a spammer and I'm sorry if you consider my external links spam. I was added extensive scholarly bibliographies on specific subjects. I see this as a help to students doing research in these areas. If this is considered spam, I apologize and will not continue. please let me know. did you check out link first? Here is an example: http://carmun.com/projects/hiv_host_cell_adherence/22218

Your contributions to wikipedia under Teeveegal consist entirely of adding external links to carmun.com and is considered WP:Spam. Looking through your contributions as a whole, the all seem to be carmun.com related only. It has become apparent that your account and IP's are only being used for spamming inappropriate external links and for self-promotion. Wikipedia is NOT a "repository of links" or a "vehicle for advertising" and persistent spammers will have their websites blacklisted. Any further spamming may result in your account and/or your IP address being blocked from editing Wikipedia. Please see the welcome page. You're here to improve Wikipedia -- not just to promote carmun.com right? --Hu12 18:43, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You may also want to see our pages on Reliable sources. I did check the link, and it seems to be a bibliography for someone's school project on that subject. You need to provide a more useful source to back up information provided in the article. Carmun is not a reliable or useful source. Hersfold (t/a/c) 20:05, 4 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
