Hey, I looked over you rough draft of your article and it looks like a great starting point but I had some suggestions which can be found below,

You started off great with your points once you do start expanding them for your final article it'll be great but one suggestion I had was dividing out some of your sections. You talked about the pathogen within the Habitat and ecology section and maybe you should consider starting a whole new section for pathogen itself and try to write whatever you find about the pathogen under there. I wasn't able to fully understand the disease or infections your assigned fungi actually causes so maybe considering an additional section might be much more helpful for you and the reader.

While researching about your fungi I noticed there isn’t much you can find but hopefully with the links below and further research you can accumulate info enough for your article. I tied finding more information regarding if there’s an anamorph or teleomorph names or anything associated with that for your fungi but unfortunately I couldn’t, but if you could that would be a great addition to your taxonomy section.

So over all just adding more info under physiology/taxonomy, working on maybe adding a new section on the pathology of the fungi. And I suggest asking the professors on more guidance of where one can get more info, cause its hard finding information online for your fungi.

Hi. You've been doing such a nice job even though there are very limited resources and hard to find them. I have some suggestions as well as a few questions.

• I was confused that what cause the black pigmentation of phaeohyphomycosis; is it because of the fungus itself pigmented in black (probably melamine), the materials produced by Pleurophoma pleurospora, or the colour change of the host cells? There is a great reference (Handbook of Applied Mycology: Volume 2: Humans, Animals and Insects) for phaeohyphomycosis. You may want to read from p.127.

• You can also specify how this fungus is similar to Phoma and Paraphoma, as well as link them to other wiki article (ex. Phoma and Paraphoma) because not every reader is familiar with these genus names or categories.

• You have a lot of information of pathogenicity of the fungus but they are listed under habitat and ecology section. I suggest that you might want to make a pathology category.

• You may also want to cite UAMH9299, this is also from Texas like UAHM9831. This is the substrate related to the paper you cited (Dooley et al.) People may want to know if this fungus grows on soil or grass because the women was a gardner.

• Finally, I tried to find the information how it was found in Netherland, but I could not. Can you help me where I can find it?
