In response to your feedback

You are always allowed to re-add any article that has been deleted however many times you want. It would probably be a good idea to fix the copyright problems before you try again or you will probably get the same result. It's unfortunate that you did not get a chance to correct you articles before deletion, but copyright problems tend to be deleted quickly sine they leave you and Wikipedia open to lawsuit. Good luck resubmitting
