Hi Tito, I have written many articles in English wiki too, you know well about it. I have created Abul Irfan, Habeebur Rahman Bijli and Syed Naseer Ahamed and so son. But today morning I got wiki message in my mail stating that one User Sammy1339 started tagging deletion notices in these articles. May I know about this and what should I do Tito... @అహ్మద్ నిసార్: I am sorry to have had to do that, but when I looked over those articles, I couldn't find independent sources that discuss the subject in detail. Please look at WP:GNG and WP:BIO for information about the notability requirements. I did do an Indian newspaper search and found nothing, but you may be more able than I to provide sources. If you can provide 2 or 3 reliable independent sources that substantially discuss each person, and post them to the deletion discussions, the deletions will fail. - @Sammy1339: Sammy no sorries plz.... In fact I appreciate your work as I am admin in Telugu and Urdu wikipedias. I am very happy to see that my articles are been seen and helping to develop more. I take your notice sportively. These three persons belonging to the Andhra Pradesh (Telugu) and Kerala (Malayalam) states. Abul Irfan and Syed Naseer Ahmed can be seen in many Telugu news papers and Habeebur Rahman Bijli in Malayalam News papers. Incidentally, the English wiki reviewers search for news items in English news papers and google search in English, when they do not find in English, these are being treated as non-sourced. - Hello Ahmed Nisar, thanks for your question. Yes, there are some issues here. The most critical two are a) establishing WP:Notability, and b) WP:RS. Please find WP:RS in any language both offline and online will are okay. There are MoS, formatting issues as well. But those are not reason to delete the article. Help regarding local language searches
Hello Tito, it's good to see such active Indian Wikipedians here. I wanted to ask you about how do you search for citations about a particular subject in local language news articles? Are there any specific tools you use for them? I wanted to find out all of the local language citations for Roman Saini but did not know how to do that. For english citations, I used [1] and [2] but for Hindi and other language citations I do not know how to find them out. I would be grateful to you if you can teach me that. I want to open Vața de Sus, but is a redirect...

I would like to open this new page, but it is already redirected from Vața de Jos. Vața de Sus is one of th 13 villages that compose the municipality. I tried to take off the redirect, but I'm not able. Please, can you help me?

- It's want I tried to do, because I want to open the page Vața de Sus. But, infortunately, when I put the reason, it appears this message to me:

I would like to thank you
for being involved in my nomination for a wikipedia tee-shirt. Here is my version (very closely related to the dreaded opinion) of what went down:
I recently received the following email:
- ”You have been nominated to receive a free t-shirt from the Wikimedia Foundation through our Merchandise Giveaway program. Congratulations and thank you for your hard work!”
“Great” I thought and went on to fill out the necessary forms and sent off the following reply:
- I am quite thrilled to receive this email from you (and the rest of the gang) and have immediately filled out and sent of the paperwork. I got another tee-shirt several years ago but it went AWOL when I moved and is now missed. So . . . ......... thanks.”
But is honesty always the best policy? Today I received the following reply:
- Hello Einar,
- "I sincerely apologize about this, but I was unaware that you had previously received a free Giveaways shirts. Unfortunately the Giveaways Program is set up to send each nominated user only one free t-shirt, so we will not be able to send you an additional :t-shirt."

Tito As I discussed earlier about the activity of Sammy1339 User talk:Sammy1339 for keeping speedy deletion tags and deleted the articles Syed Naseer Ahamed, Abul Irfan & Habibur Rahman Bijli... He could not even wait till the references are collected. Online papers (Telugu & Malayalam) have no links but dozens of offline paper clips are available. But why my articles are been deleted in such a hurry? What intention User Sammy1339 has behind it? Is it intention to keep me away from English wiki? You too said in early discussion, there is no reason to delete the articles.... But it clearly came to know eagerness of deleting these articles. India related articles should be reviewed by the users who are aware of Indic language resources.... What do you say about this? Say for example, Abul Irfan is an auther of dozens of books!!! Syed Naseer Ahamed was even interviewed by CIS............. what is going on Tito.... I have plenty of offline sources of media (News papers) do you agree with these? If so... - @అహ్మద్ నిసార్: Certainly it is not my intention to keep people off of Wikipedia, and I do not like to nominate articles for deletion. However, according to WP:BLP we shouldn't allow articles about living people to be without references, especially when the articles seem to contain criticism or praise. I absolutely do invite you to provide references and resubmit the articles for creation again. Sources do not have to be in English, and do not have to be online. - those were not speedy deletions, they followed WP:AFD, please check AFD discussins
- Where did I say, there was no reason to delete those articles? Please read the comment once again, I said minor "MoS" or style issues were not reasons to delete, but there were two critical issues notability and RS. RS and notability are very serious issues.
- you don't need to upload newspaper screenshots, just mention them and leave URL and accessdate=blank (however please make sure those sources actually exist).
- the newspaper screenshot you have uploaded may be deleted as well as copyright violation.
- I know neither Sammy, nor his intention. If you think he is stalking you, may give you a few suggestions, but note it may come back as a WP:BOOMERANG
India related articles should be reviewed by the users who are aware of Indic language resources
