I am not sure how to appeal my block, but I cannot edit. I do apologize for the wrong impression that I would take legal action. I have now after several comments learned how to proceed the proper way.

The article Torrance County, New Mexico has been locked to prevent editing by non-confirmed editors (i.e. editors with accounts that are more than 4 days old and have more than 10 edits).
