Hi there and I'm Typhoon2013. Same to your name though. I've got some questions for you, if OK to do this.

1.) How did you get the name Typhon2015? Are you a "former" user here?

2.) Since some people are starting to investigate you, are you really not Instalok? Or do you even know him?

3.) Similar to Q2 and since you have mentioned something about Instalok's name in your talk page, how did you know about him?

4.) If you are the "former" Instalok, are you sure you will be editing good in our WikiProject?

Your behavior matches that of Instalok, so it is obvious that you are the same user as Instalok, and so you are blocked, because you are evading the original block - CheckUser evidence shows that it is no coincidence.
