Is the above enough to satisfy the requirements?

I'm not quite sure what you would want to cite that law for, but it would be considered a primary source, and Wikipedia prefers secondary sources. If you want to use it for the West Burton draft it will likely not suffice because I doubt the law so much as mentions West Burton. Huon (talk) 00:21, 19 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The file did belong to the C.E.G.B. which is now dissolved as per the above link the photo was taken at West Burton this is the only connection with it. Any help would be appreciated.(Ukengineer (talk) 11:17, 19 September 2013 (UTC))[reply]

So you want to cite the law as justification for using the photo? The law obviously doesn't mention the photo and thus cannot confirm that the photo was made by the C.E.G.B. Furthermore, the dissolution of the company does not mean its photos are released into the public domain; that claim simply is wrong. Luckily the website where you got it from says not only that it is copyrighted (contradicting the PD claim) but also that it has been released under a Creative Commons license. If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

Wikipedia and copyright
