Football kits[edit]

Hi. Please do not change football kits in infoboxes to ones containing sponsors logos, badges, etc. Template:Football kit clearly states "Club badges, sponsor logos, and manufacturer logos should never be included.". Thanks. Ilikeeatingwaffles (talk) 09:41, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Must agree with Ilikeeatingwaffles. While I understand the effort that you put in to include those badges and logos, they're not to be added. --Walter Görlitz (talk) 23:12, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry. I don't know if you're ignoring these comments, but what part of no logos or badges are you not understanding? --Walter Görlitz (talk) 18:28, 17 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Non free content[edit]

Please don't add non-free content without a fair use rationale to articles. Football club logos are, in most cases, copyrighted items and should not be uploaded to commons, only to the project you are using it in and then with a fair use rationale. If you don't know how this works, contact me or just check out another logo, for example File:Bayern Munchen.png. I have nominated the File:SKV-Wappen.png on commons for deletion for this reason. Thanks, Calistemon (talk) 06:23, 29 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

More information can be found under Wikipedia:Declaration of consent for all enquiries. However, in case of a club crest I'm not sure an individual can grant permision as it is not owned by an individual. You are far better of uploading a logo to the project (English Wikipedia, German Wikipedia, ...) you want to use it and provide a fair use rationale for each specific article you want to use it. You can really only upload images to commons that are owned by you, in the public domain or images you have received permision from the owner to upload. Just be warned, severe copyright infringements can lead to being blocked, also, in your case I would think it is a matter of not being familiar with the proper polivy. Hope this helps. Calistemon (talk) 09:47, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Just be aware that the commons page is still up for deletion. I noticed you have uploaded the logo now to the English Wikipedia, but because it has the same name there as on commons I'm not sure what will happen if and when the commons one gets deleted. Disambiguation link notification[edit]

Hi. When you recently edited TSG Balingen, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Handball and Athletics (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

More information needed about File:SpVggGreutherFurth.png[edit]

Hello, Undeviginti!

It was really helpful of you to you to upload File:SpVggGreutherFurth.png. However, we need to properly format the image license information in order to keep and use new images.

Thanks again! --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 23:05, 28 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

License tagging for File:Sg sonnenhof grossaspach.png[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Sg sonnenhof grossaspach.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia. For help in choosing the correct tag, or for any other questions, leave a message on Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thank you for your cooperation. --ImageTaggingBot (talk) 00:06, 29 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Pavel Horák (handballer) has been proposed for deletion because, under Wikipedia policy, all newly created biographies of living persons must have at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within ten days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. joe deckertalk to me 03:32, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have now added a source to the text. --Undeviginti (talk) 06:52, 4 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
