Hello thanks for getting back at me.I understand what you mean although English is my primary language outside of my household or any Uzbek related things. Although English is my 4th language I know it fluently I live in a English Speaking country and went to a English Speaking School. My Primary Language would probably be Russian but id like to stay on English. I Intend on making Turkic History Pages or Somthing Intresting mainly only History.

Furthermore, after reading your two unblock requests I have a sense that your English writing skills are not at a level high enough to edit Wikipedia effectively. For example, words are capitalised that shouldn't be ("Reason", "Speaking School" and "Somthing Intresting") and the syntax of various sentences is awkward. I think there's a WP:CIR concern and I suggest that you work somewhere else to improve your English writing skills or edit on a language wiki where your writing skills are strong.
