Image without license[edit]

Unspecified source/license for File:Varshit.jpg[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Varshit.jpg. The image has been identified as not specifying the copyright status of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. Even if you created the image yourself, you still need to release it so Wikipedia can use it. If you don't indicate the copyright status of the image on the image's description page, using an appropriate copyright tag, it may be deleted some time in the next seven days. If you made this image yourself, you can use copyright tags like {{PD-self}} (to release all rights), {{self|CC-by-sa-3.0|GFDL}} (to require that you be credited), or any tag here - just go to the image, click edit, and add one of those. If you have uploaded other images, please verify that you have provided copyright information for them as well.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by MifterBot. For assistance on the image use policy, see Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. --MifterBot (TalkContribsOwner) 12:46, 29 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on File:Srimari.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a file licensed as "for non-commercial use only", "no derivative use", "for Wikipedia use only", or "used with permission"; and it has not been shown to comply with the limited standards for the use of non-free content. If you agree with the deletion, there is no need to do anything. If, however, you believe that this image may be retained on Wikipedia under one of the permitted conditions then:

  • state clearly the source of the image. If it has been copied from elsewhere on the web you should provide links to: the image itself, the page which uses it and the page which contains the license conditions.
  • add the relevant copyright tag and if necessary, a complete fair use rationale.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. File source problem with File:Varshit.jpg[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Varshit.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

Please refer to the image use policy to learn what images you can or cannot upload on Wikipedia. Please also check any other files you have uploaded to make sure they are correctly tagged. Here is a list of your uploads. If you have any questions or are in need of assistance please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. A tag has been placed on File:Srimari.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

Request reason:

i want to destroy this account by changing the name and quitting the platform but this ban on me is an obstacle. i won't join Wikipedia ever again,so you need not worry about me vandalizingVarshitbhat (talk) 19:23, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

None of this is relevant to your block. WP:GAB will explain to you how to justify having your block lifted. Yamla (talk) 19:25, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

I had sent request earlier to rename my account. I want to quit Wikipedia. I have right to vanish and i am asserting it and Wikipedia must respect my right. I did a mistake back then and you can't catch me vandalizing ever again because i won't be in Wikipedia. Hope you respect my right.Varshitbhat (talk) 19:28, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Since you don't intend to edit, there is no reason to lift the block. If you no longer wish to edit, just abandon your account- as you had seemingly done for two and a half years. Vanishing is only available to users in good standing. I am declining your request. 331dot (talk) 23:16, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

WP:VANISH is only available to editors in good standing. You are not; your account is currently blocked. You have no right to vanish. In order to assert it, you must be unblocked. Again, WP:GAB will help you understand how to craft an unblock request. --Yamla (talk) 19:35, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

{unblock|1=the block is no longer necessary because I understand what I am blocked for, I will not do it again, and I will make productive contributions instead Varshitbhat (talk) 20:29, 10 June 2020 (UTC)}[reply]

You already have an open unblock request. Additionally, this doesn't even mention your copyright violations, let alone address them. If you are unwilling to write an appropriate unblock request, I'll revoke your talk page access. WP:GAB explains how to do this. You'll get only one more chance. If you wish to write a new unblock request, please remove your currently open request. --Yamla (talk) 20:32, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I will be happy to courtesy blank your talk page and delete any user pages apart from your user talk. --Deep fried okra (schalte ein) 22:34, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

Hey there,my real name is Varshitbhat (i am not lying). Through it may look offensive to you but it's true(i am not from English speaking region). 2 years ago,my friend created Wikipedia account on my phone with my name, was banned for his deed. But,it was my account which was banned. I found out i had Wikipedia account while surfing for old emails(i am not that punctual in emails and i have another email for work.). So,i need to change my username and quit Wikipedia (since deletion is not possible). Regarding misdeed that is performed by my account in the past, sincere apologies. I know that my account was responsible for vandalizing and i am very regretful.I promise that this deed is never repeated again in future. I don't know what to add here but i am very regretful and sorry for my deeds. Can you please unblock my account? Please forgive if this message doesn't look good because English isn't my first language. I apologize for Copyright violations and inappropriate image uploads Varshitbhat (talk) 09:18, 19 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

I am declining your unblock request because it does not address the reason for your block, or because it is inadequate for other reasons. To be unblocked, you must convince the reviewing administrator(s) that

  • the block is not necessary to prevent damage or disruption to Wikipedia, or
  • the block is no longer necessary because you
    1. understand what you have been blocked for,
    2. will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and
    3. will make useful contributions instead.

Please read the guide to appealing blocks for more information. NinjaRobotPirate (talk) 22:00, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

So you have changed your mind about quitting? To be unblocked you will need to describe what edits you want to make and describe your understanding of what copyright is and how it applies to Wikipedia content. See WP:COPYVIO. 331dot (talk) 17:32, 25 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

{unblock | I am sorry for whatever I did.I don't want to edit in future and if I did, they will be genuine edits backed by valid citations. Those willn't be copyrighted materials.I understand what copyright is and I will never contribute any copyrighted materials ever again.I will never contribute inappropriate image uploads again. Please Unban me. Thank You Varshitbhat (talk) 11:40, 28 June 2020 (UTC)}[reply]

You've already been told, one open unblock request at a time. If you lack sufficient competence to follow this direction, we can revoke talk page access. You won't get a third warning. --Yamla (talk) 11:52, 28 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
