Greetings and Good Day.
I am busy and I do not get much time to edit.
Although you may post, please kindly do not assume that I will always reply.

Salaam Aleykum, and welcome to Wikipedia! Insha'allah, you will stay with us and help us improve many of our smallest articles about Islam with your knowledge. The Shiachat link you offered is not likely to be of much use, since it will not meet the requirements found at WP:RS for a reliable source - but the OneUmmah chart is very helpful, I have bookmarked it for now - but may try to add information from it to the relevant articles in the next couple of days. If you have any questions, want advice or need help here, please don't hesitate to knock on my door. Sherurcij (speaker for the dead) 06:57, 30 November 2008 (UTC)

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference
[edit]Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have enabled.
On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true
. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false
in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer be able to have them marked as minor by default. For more information on what a minor edit is, see WP:MINOR or feel to get in touch.
Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 21:28, 13 March 2011 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Ahl-i-Hadith. Although this may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is known as "edit warring" and is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, as it often creates animosity between editors. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing Wikipedia. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Kautilya3 (talk) 13:45, 12 July 2019 (UTC)
- Good Day.
- I checked my edits and reverts. According to the records before 12 July 2019, the Article " Ahl al-Hadith " has only 1 undo/revert by me.
- However there is also a similar article called " Ahl-i Hadith ". It has only 1 undo/revert by me. Verycuriousboy (talk) 08:26, 14 July 2019 (UTC)
- There are three edits here, which are all adding similar "See also" entries, despite several editors reverting them. The recommended conduct in this situation is to open a talk page discussion and ask, or explain your reasoning for why they are needed. Please see WP:BRD. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 11:01, 20 July 2019 (UTC)
- Kautilya3Good Day. Thank you for the information. I fixed the issue. Also, I checked my edits on that article between 30 June to 14 July 2019. My edits had more than 24 hours of time-difference and rather it was my edits which got reverted twice. Verycuriousboy (talk) 10:17, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
- Slow edit-warring is still edit-warring. Unless there is an attempt at resolution, you will be held responsible for it. Three reverts in 24 hours is called the "bright red line", which gives one an immediate block, but slow edit-warring can also invite sanctions if you persist with it. The right thing for you to do is to open a talk page discussion and explain your reasoning. Cheers, Kautilya3 (talk) 10:38, 24 July 2019 (UTC)

Disambiguation link notification for July 24
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Index of Islam-related articles, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page International Islamic Unity Conference (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:23, 24 July 2019 (UTC)
Some sources for Exorcism
[edit]Greetings, I notcied you are interested in the topic of Islamic Exocrism. I found some sources today, you might be curious about: "Spirit Possession and Exorcism in the Treatment of a Bedouin Psychiatric Patient", "Ruqya Shariya: Observing the rise of a new faith healing tradition amongst Muslims in east London", " NOTES ON THE SUDANESE IN UGANDA". If you use google scholar, you will probably find them. Have a nice day.--VenusFeuerFalle (talk) 17:48, 24 July 2019 (UTC)

Linking to Wikipedia books
[edit]Please read and follow the instructions mentioned in a template. For your information, the {{Wikipedia books}}
template ought to be placed in the See also section, not at the top of an article. --HyperGaruda (talk) 20:59, 6 August 2019 (UTC)
