A tag has been placed on William Andrew James Schofield requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article, which appears to be about a real person, individual animal(s), an organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, does not indicate how or why the subject of the article is important or significant: that is, why an article about it should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you can assert the notability of the subject, . Clicking that button will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the article's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. You may freely add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

They can. Try Facebook or MySpace... Peridon (talk) 22:26, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Well i tried but I got evicted from them as well. I love Wikipedia and spent days getting an account. If you could let me have these three pages that would mean more to me than you could imagine

I'm sorry that we can't. It's one of those things - your pages (except the stuff about your sisters) were well enough constructed but didn't meet the notability requirement. If we allowed just any pages, we'd be up to our ears in things proclaiming 'Shawn is aaawwwweeeeesssssoooommmmmeeeee!!!!!' (which he obviously isn't...). Stuff in articles about people must fit in with WP:BIO and be referenced with reliable sources WP:RS. Good luck when the exams come round - do get as many good passes as you can. You will probably think you will never use the stuff in them again, but I still remember things from mine and use them when editing here. Peridon (talk) 19:16, 27 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. A contribution you made to Bill Slater appears to carry a non-neutral point of view, and your edit may have been changed or reverted to correct the problem. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you.  Velella  Velella Talk   22:34, 26 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
