Editing of the pages you cite do not violate Wiki's conflict of interest guideline. Neither of the subjects of the two pages you reference have any financial relationship to this editor. All edits performed by this editor pertain to factual references. The recent update to HALEY LU RICHARDSON's image was because the image you deleted had been specifically approved by her, subject to her control of her likeness. The current image is NOT approved by her and use on the Wiki platform is likely a violation of her rights to likeness. I ask that you kindle reinstate the previous image edited by you as the replacement image had been inserted to replace an outdated image. Thank you. A conflict of interest does not have to be financial. Your edit history almost entirely comprises edits of Haley Lu Richardson and Forrest L. Richardson. You write as if you have personally communicated with Haley Lu Richardson, which indicates a possible conflict of interest. A conflict of interest, even if it is not financial, should be disclosed. Even if you believe your edits were factual, they have been disputed by other editors and are therefore controversial (see WP:COIADVICE).
I am not especially opinionated about the photo; as stated in my edit summary, I reverted the edit because it altered the infobox. As for your thoughts about approvals and likeness rights, it is unlikely the page as it currently stands violates the subject's right to likeness (see WP:BLPIMAGE); while newer images are generally favored on biographies of living people, some may argue that the older image is more appropriate per MOS:LEADIMAGE and MOS:IMAGEQUALITY. If you have further thoughts about the photo on that page, discuss at Talk:Haley Lu Richardson.
Additionally, please be advised that it is against Wikipedia policy to operate multiple accounts or log out to make edits. If you operate User:Wikiuservv23, you should stop using that account. Edits for the pages you have questioned have been performed for the sake of accuracy. Any good editor will not only research facts, but if available, seek information from the subject or entity if that is possible. This is the case with both HALEY LU RICHARDSON and FORREST L. RICHARDSON. I am an avid golf industry participant and know many people in golf media and golf course architecture. Ms. Richardson has reached out via her agents, and I have done my best to add facts, corrections and additions. If you take exception with any of the facts or edits on either of these pages, please bring them to my attention -- or, better yet, please edit (correct) them. I do not think it is at all nice of you to threaten or take action to remove the pages or make accusations, especially when the entries are factual. Again, if there is something not cited properly or you feel it is inaccurate, please CORRECT it rather than attempt to CANCEL it. CANCELING information about public figures is not in anyone's best interest. Regarding "conflicts of interest", I believe the end goal of Wikipedia is to put forth accurate information, which I do not believe has been compromised here at all. Both subject pages feature well-known individuals (Ms. Richardson is followed by millions and is a known celebrity...Mr. Richardson has written five books on golf design and has created many facilities used by people across the world; his completed golf courses result in more than 1 million rounds of golf annually, which equates to roughly 5 million annual hours of outdoor recreation; his entry is not only factual, but represents the essence of Wikipedia's reason to exist...which is to provide background and context on people, places and 'things' that affect people and their lives). Conflicts are not black and white, and AVOIDANCE of conflicts does not mean that they do not occur, nor that they are necessarily contrary to Wikipedia guidelines. What I can attest to is that the entries are factual and that every effort to AVOID conflicts has been adhered to. Hence, the third party relationships between these subjects and me. Again, I will re-state that Ms. Richardson has indicated that the photo you seem preoccupied to use is both outdated, not approved by her (likeness) and that the previous photo inserted (by edit) had been purposefully arranged by her, and is under her ownership for use in spaces such as Wikipedia. You would do everyone -- including the general public who relies on Wikipedia -- a great favor, if you would un-do your edit and re-instate the photo owned by Ms. Richardson, which was added by me previously and more accurately represents her likeness, besides being specifically owned and approved by her and her agents. I hope you might consider these simple requests. Again, I do not understand the motive to CANCEL factual information based on your "theory" that a CONFLICT is necessarily at work here, and/or that, if such a conflict exists, it is done with any malice or intent to deceive or unfairly bring a page or subject forth for the purposes of Wikipedia's prime mission.
