Flags in infoboxes

Also it may be worth you reading WP:Redlink. Red links are not automatically bad. If there's a possibility that the subject of the red link is notable, having the link encourages the creation of that article. Canterbury Tail talk 18:15, 25 May 2021 (UTC)

Thank you. I can't link but through ProQuest I found the text of an article stating that US 74 is very steep in sections near Dillsboro, North Carolina and Bryson City, North Carolina. Charlotte

Sorry about the other stuff.

My only point was that WAXN still exists as virtual channel 64.

It's piggy backing on other stations' spectrums for it's physical channel, but truthfully that's just techno geek stuff.

When Joe Blow in Charlotte turns his TV on and wants channel 64, he punches in 64 on his clicker.

Virtual 64 continues to exist on ATSC 1.0, and will do so for at least another 2 years (mandated by the FCC - goes for all ATSC 3.0 situations).

Very few if any stations have the same physical and virtual channel anyway, so in reality as far as the templates go, nothing has changed - we list stations by their virtual number.

Potentially copyrighted images

Please do not add in images where the copyright status is up in the air until it is resolved. I am sure the issue is more of the creators being n00bs regarding how images/copyright work on Wikipedia; however, I will refrain reverting it back till copyright issue is either resolved or it is replaced. The biggest frustration is my inability to directly contact them regarding the issue, my communiques appear to either hit a wall or is drowned in the noise. --WashuOtaku (talk) 17:48, 20 July 2021 (UTC)

VShojo original debut dates

Thank you for your recent updates to the VShojo article. Question: where are you getting the dates for their original debuts? Are you basing it off of their Twitch account creation dates? If so, that's not guaranteed to be accurate, as you can easily create an account and not stream, or create an account with the intention of streaming, but not debut until several months later. In the case of Projekt Melody, you have her original debut date as December 2019, but if you read the separate article about her that I authored, she did not have her Twitch streaming debut until March 2020. I honestly cheated and used the Virtual YouTuber Wiki, which is not something that can be referenced from. So I do need to go back and identify why those are the dates with valid references; but generally it is when they first debut as that character, regardless of platform. On the site, Projekt Melody appears first on YouTube, so that is the date I went with. Referencing the YouTube or Twitch account would likely suffice in this case; I'll make those changes soon. --WashuOtaku (talk) 19:43, 23 November 2021 (UTC)

If the dates you are looking for are the character's debuts in general, then the heading in the table should be changed from "original debut" to "character debut", or something similar to make it clear that it's not necessarily the date of their first live stream. Also, FYI, Projekt Melody as a character in general first appeared on Twitter in July 2019. That video from December 2019 is probably the first time that her model was shown in motion to the public, but not her first appearance overall. Jackdude101 ^talk cont 18:25, 24 November 2021 (UTC)

Okay, let us change it to "vtuber debut" then, as VShojo is a talent agency for vtubers; if a vtuber was to later have its own article, like Projekt Melody, then that detail like character first appearance, history, and lore can be placed there. So with that idea, it would be when the model appears in public for the first time. Keep in mind several on the list never started with a debut, they just started one day and went from there; however, for example, if Projekt Melody considers a certain date as her official vtubing start date, then we will go with that (and sourced). I don't want to use "character debut" because that is grossly missleading as some were not vtubers till later; for example Lina Inverse is a vtuber now, but her character dates back to 1989. --WashuOtaku (talk) 19:19, 24 November 2021 (UTC)
