A tag has been placed on Nu Gospel requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

Newly coined phrase, not in general use and with no claim to significance. Just because one band uses this term to describe their style does not merit an article.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Proposed deletion of Chos3n (band)

[edit]

The article Chos3n (band) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable music group. No evidence of notability other than their own web site.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Own website was Never listed . Links shared were MOBO daily newspaper and other reviewers . I copied format of similar artists listing only twitter

It's also recognised by the BBC as a gospel sub genre . Why leave my article up for Nu Gospel and remove links . Surely if you leave article there means the edit I made was not promotional but genre identity musically[reply]

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing, because this account has been used only for advertising or promotion, which is contrary to Wikipedia's content policy. Also, your username indicates that the account represents a business or other organisation or group, which is against Wikipedia's policy: an account is for an individual, not a group. Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a free advertising service.

If you intend to make useful contributions about some topic other than your business or organisation, you may request an unblock. To do so, post the text {{unblock-spamun|Your proposed new username|Your reason here}} at the bottom of this page. Replace the text "Your proposed new username" with a new username you are willing to use. See Special:CentralAuth to search for available usernames. Your new username will need to meet our username policy. Replace the text "Your reason here" with your reason to be unblocked. In this reason, you must:

  • Convince us that you understand the reason for your block and that you will not repeat the kind of edits for which you were blocked.
  • Describe in general terms the contributions that you intend to make if you are unblocked.
If you believe this block was made in error, you may appeal this block by adding the text {{unblock|Your reason here}} below, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first. Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 02:02, 28 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

thus editor has ignored the previous editors comments about systemic bias and has ignored major factors that allow bands to list . Two major music awards made the page viable .

could it be diversity training would help . . Seems this persons idea is to delete is to some way win . . Why is that allowed. They have also blocked me so I can't defend the page.

Requested username:

Request reason:

I did not realise that starting an account with my usual log on would be considered advertising , Listing genre NU Gospel was not an attempt to advertise, it was the way some artists describe their style -

Decline reason:

Sorry, but an unblock request cannot be accepted when you are not logged in - please log in to this account and make a new request. Boing! said Zebedee (talk) 18:08, 30 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
