Your contributed article, Audrey Grace Marshall

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

Hello, I noticed that you recently created a new page, Audrey Grace Marshall. First, thank you for your contribution; Wikipedia relies solely on the efforts of volunteers such as you. Unfortunately, the page you created covers a topic on which we already have a page – Special:Diff/1119661205. Because of the duplication, your article has been tagged for speedy deletion. Please note that this is not a comment on you personally and we hope you will continue helping to improve Wikipedia. If the topic of the article you created is one that interests you, then perhaps you would like to help out at Special:Diff/1119661205. If you have new information to add, you might want to discuss it at [[Talk:Special:Diff/1119661205|the article's talk page]].

If you think the article you created should remain separate, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Additionally if you would like to have someone review articles you create before they go live so they are not nominated for deletion shortly after you post them, allow me to suggest the article creation process and using our search feature to find related information we already have in the encyclopedia. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your future contributions. Sungodtemple (talk) 00:25, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I have moved it back to Draft:Audrey Grace Marshall because it is clearly not ready for main space. There is no indication that she meets the inclusion criteria specified in WP:NACTOR, so it may be WP:TOOSOON for us to have an article on her.
I'll add that it's really bad form to create an article in main space after it has already been declined as a draft. You must improve it first. ~Anachronist (talk) 02:56, 20 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article Kenwood Mews Apartments has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unremarkable apartment building sourced to real estate sites, no news coverage found through WP:BEFORE

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Spicy (talk) 02:22, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

It is truly a notable apartment complex due to its renowned accessibility to Numerous film Studios. Ok? Widget-Policy Thy Editor (talk) 10:36, 21 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Widget-policyq229

Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username The Night Watch, and I thank you for your contributions.

I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, CritterTrail, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.

If you wish to contest the deletion:

  1. Edit the page
  2. Remove the text that looks like this: {{proposed deletion/dated...}}
  3. Click the Publish changes button.

If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.

If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|The Night Watch}}. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~. Thanks!

Slipstream (disambiguation)

[edit]

Please note that disambiguation pages like Slipstream (disambiguation) are meant to help readers find a specific existing article quickly and easily. For that reason, they have guidelines that are different from articles. From the Wikipedia:Disambiguation dos and don'ts you should:

  • Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
  • Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
  • Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry that mentions the title being disambiguated
  • Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
  • Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
  • Do not insert external links or references - Wikipedia is not a business directory

Creating pages

Hi Widget-policyq229. I'm Novem. Welcome to Wikipedia. It's nice to meet you.

Unfortunately it looks like you're creating a lot of pages that end up nominated for deletion or deleted. May I ask that you please err on the side of caution, and only create pages if you're sure they're notable and reliably sourced? You may want to consider only creating pages via WP:AFC, which is a nicer process than some of the deletion processes we have.

Hope this helps. –Novem Linguae (talk) 01:32, 20 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked as a sockpuppet

[edit]
Wikipedia's technical logs indicate that this user account has been or may be used abusively as a sockpuppet of User:Simarty per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Simarty. It has been blocked indefinitely from editing to prevent abuse.

Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you should review the guide to appealing blocks, and then appeal your block by adding the following text below this notice: {{unblock|Your reason here ~~~~}}. Note that anything you post in your unblock request will be public, so you may alternatively use the Unblock Ticket Request System to submit an appeal if it contains information that must be private.

Administrators: Checkusers have access to confidential system logs not accessible by the public or by administrators due to the Wikimedia Foundation's privacy policy. You must not loosen or remove this block, or issue an IP block exemption, without consulting with a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee. Administrators who undo checkuser blocks without permission from a checkuser or the Arbitration Committee may be summarily desysopped.

Request reason:

Hello Wikipedians I have took a few days to think of a response. I only run ONE account, this one. The other accounts were operated on the family computer or phones that i have logged into we have a very big family. My father, simarty is still confused on what a sockpuppet is. I did NOT mean to make malicious edits and i want to be able to be a good citizen on wikipedia, Please reinstate this account, once again I do not know what a sockpuppet is and would NEVER operate multiple accounts for the purpose of trolling. Its just family not knowing how to wiki Widget-Policy Thy Editor (talk) 00:19, 24 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

And you want us to believe your "family" is responsible for edits like this from your account as well? — Daniel Case (talk) 06:34, 24 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. A tag has been placed on Category:Wikipedians interested in Chinese Checkers indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Notice

The article Eva, Durango has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Place isn't labeled on any map I can find. The sole reference (like the coordinates in the article) is apparently based on an entry in the GNS database, known to be an unreliable source.

This bot DID NOT nominate any of your contributions for deletion; please refer to the history of each individual page for details. Thanks, FastilyBot (talk) 10:01, 1 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
