Changes to the Wiki Page[edit]

- I tend to agree with you. My intent in starting the page was not to catalog every wild theory. That goes against the wiki principle of No Original Research. My intent was to catalog the items that had been identified mostly for my own use. I'm just glad that many other individuals have contributed and improved my original notes. If you would be willing to edit the wiki page to seperate the theories from the puzzle descriptions, I would be completly in favor. Just remember that we can not violate the copy-rights. My understanding, (I am not a lawyer), is that we can describe the location and elements of anything that we belive is a puzzle, but we can not include the puzzle itself. This description may be actually more usefull than an interpretation. For example, digitizer has provided cleaned up versions of the HCB, but these versions may have inadvertently removed something important to the solve. Unfortunately, we will not know what is important to the solve, until we hvae a solve. So, my recommendation is that we use the wiki to point out the unsolved puzzles (like the appple charts) and list the key elements that are generally understood (like the Morse code). --AnotherDoth 13:08, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
