I can't find a place to respond to this - Nor can I find an email of WHO to respond to! WHAT exactly do you want me to do TO DO o to tell YOU why this is not what you propose?

I don't know WHO to talk to or WHO to email. CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS??????

I will be MORE than happy to respond, but there is NOTHING here that says something useful like : SEND YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS EMAIL. xxx@xxx.com Surely that would be helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
