Re: copyright[edit]
Even if you do own the copyright for the material, in order to use it on Wikipedia, you must agree to release your rights to the material either to the public domain or under the GDFL or one of the Creative Commons licenses. And you will have to indicate on the webpage the text originally existed that you have done this. Also, just a comment, the text in the article had other problems such as violating Wikipedia's policy on neutrality and the article's subject probably also fails the notability rules found here. The reason we have these rules is so that readers can verify that what is being said is true. Also, you will want to read Wikipedia:Conflict of Interest before you try writing about something that you are intimately familiar with and/or have a vested interest in. Vasu, I am confused. I had an earlier objection from another admin, and I thought I had addressed those objections. The eLearning Guild is a professional organization with world-wide membership. I notice that other professional organizations (for example, IEEE) and their publications (for example, T+D which is the publication of the American Society for Training and Development) are permitted to have pages on Wikipedia.
