Scouting in Vermont history

Howdy Xmasboy. The text added to the history portion of the article Scouting in Vermont is not specific to Vermont. Also it violated wiki rules in that the text appears to be taken word for word from one of several websites. As the article is specifically about Vermont scouting, this must be rewritten to be pertinent to Vermont. references to the national organization is entirely appropriate in part, especialy if related to Vermont.
