Sorry for spamming. I am very sorry, and it is a mistake that I shall never repeat again. Spamming is inappropriate on Wikipedia because Wikipedians are here to build an online encyclopedia, not to voice political opinions. And I am not the owner of multiple accounts, by the way. The other people messing with the article about COPPA are my friends, we are doing it together. Therefore instead of spamming stuff about COPPA, I will mend my ways and make edits about dog breeds instead, if you unblock me. Thank you for taking the time to read this heart-felt apology.

Ma'am, even if what you are saying is true, I am afraid that still qualifies as sockpuppetry, as you admit this is all part of the same conspiracy. I actually made a mistake. Since it is not the same person using all these accounts, you can get this account unblocked at admin discretion, but you have to prove to them that this behavior you exhibited tonight will not continue, as you did committ sockpuppetry and spam. As stated prior, I know that the behavior that lead up to my block was inappropriate for Wikipedia, and it shall not happen again. I will provide an example of an edit that I intend to make if I get unblocked. Oh, and one more thing before I get unblocked[edit]

I want to change my username, because it is inappropriate for Wikipedia, and does not accurately reflect my current intentions. I would like to change it to MrJoeyJoe2003; how do I do so, User:CLCStudent?

But User:CLCStudent, it says that if my account does not have a lot of edits, it is better to start afresh. What I don't know is if that's allowed if you're blocked. I don't want to really break the rules against alternate accounts. What is the recommended course of action in this situation?
