Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:S Health Android application, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 21:08, 24 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Welcome, and thank you for contributing the page Слесаренко Сергей Владимирович to Wikipedia. While you have added the page to the English version of Wikipedia, the article is not in English. We invite you to translate it into English. It has been listed at Pages Needing Translation, but if it is not translated within two weeks, the article will be listed for deletion. Thank you. Fbdave (talk) 17:31, 4 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Слесаренко Сергей Владимирович has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Слесаренко Сергей Владимирович requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page appears to be an unambiguous copyright infringement. This page appears to be a direct copy from http://www.ksm.dp.ua/Doctors/Details?doctorId=073b91da-0e91-4880-b989-ff3f002db4c0. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Request reason:

My reason here: In the block == November 2017 == two weeks ago I have been received next message: You have been blocked from editing for a period of 31h for disruptive editing. You have been told multiple times not to create an article about Slesarenko which is not in English but continued to do so.--Ymblanter (talk) 10:42, 11 November 2017 (UTC)... Yes. I get this message. And I created the new page and this time only English (Sliesarenko Serhii Volodymyrovych). And this time I was blocked indefinitely from editing Wikipedia again by mr. Ymblanter. Reson? for not passing the Turing test. mr. Ymblanter: They only recreate the same article and do not react at any warnings on the talk page. So mr. Ymblanter considers that I am a computer. This person definitely made mistake. In the last block You can see: Mr. Slatersteven, Wikipedia editor: A page you started (Sliesarenko Serhii Volodymyrovych) has been reviewed![edit source] Thanks for creating Sliesarenko Serhii Volodymyrovych, YriyChirichenko! Request reason:

My unblock reason: the block is no longer necessary because I understand what me have been blocked for next reason: does not pass the Turing test; only recreating the same article and did not respond on the talk page. I promise not create the same article. (Article that I have been created already accepted) I promise do respond on the message on my talk page. And about Turing test... I am not a bot.YriyChirichenko (talk) 07:15, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Your edits have been completely inappropriate. You've been violating WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO, and haven't even attempted to discuss this. And what you do discuss doesn't give me any hope your future edits would be any better. No, best we leave you blocked. Yamla (talk) 13:16, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

My unblock reason: First. I have not been violating WP:COI, WP:PAID, and WP:PROMO. How can I show it? Because it was my first article. And This article is an orphan, as no other articles link to it.. How WP:PROMO can be efficient with the orphan article? Who will pay for the page without any category? As I have said, I am a nuby. It was my first article and it was my mistake did not have been used Sandbox. And next time I definitely will do it. In my not online life, I am a university professor, doctor of science in the field of economics. So I am not a spamer. and I am not MD. Second. I totally understand for what I have been blocked. And I can learn the lesson. I have been used plagiarism only in the first redaction. Next time did not. Third. I did not attempt to discuss on my talk page. Why? Not intentionally. I am the novice. So the block is no longer necessary because I understand what I have been blocked for, will not continue to cause damage or disruption, and will make useful contributions instead. YriyChirichenko (talk) 15:52, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Decline reason:

Procedurally declining this unblock request as it has been more than a month. I am unconvinced that unblocking this account will serve good purpose to Wikipedia, as the latest response, while certainly made in good faith, does not respond well to the simple question of "how to edit here properly". Alex Shih (talk) 16:15, 31 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Here, you note that you are the developer of the Android application, S Hospital. You subsequently created a draft article, since deleted, on this application. Please show where you declared your conflict of interest, as required by WP:COI and WP:PAID. I can find no evidence you did so. --Yamla (talk) 16:00, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

to Yamla. Yes. You are right. my page S Hospital has COI. I understand it myself and did not recreate this page although deletion reason - The comment the reviewer left was: very poorly sourced. So I was able to add some sources and recreate this page. I do not want to violate any rules. As I said, I do my first step in the Wiki world. But I learn fast.

After I have received the message which a placed below I did nothing:

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Draft:S Health Android application, a page you created, has not been edited in 5 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace. If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion.

So I did nothing in 5 months because I was wrong. With MD was a different story. It was a good idea but bad performance.

So if we did unblock you, what would you work on instead? --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 18:05, 22 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
To SarekOfVukcan. If You will unblock me, my main principl will be:

All creation only in Sandbox. The first - discussion, the second - action.
Next. Our country very poor represented in English segment of Wiki. So I planning to start creating a page about Ukranian cultural heritage The Petrikovskaya Painting. It is really interesting.
Next, a need to fix my first page. Why it is so important? Our cuntry, Ukrain is in the war. Already four years of the war. Everyday someone dies. This gay MD, not averege MD. He is a genious and is a doctor of medical scienses. His students successfully work in many countries of the world. And he is a plastic surgeon. He does surgeon operates himself. For free. He has saved lives. The hundreds of lives. article, article, article. I can give You hundreds of evidences from reliable sources. And that why it is so important to make a good article about him. Maby You can help? It is my plan to do. IF You allow me.

Why don't you try writing that MD's article here on this talkpage? Convince us that you've learned how to edit here properly. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 19:26, 22 November 2017 (UTC)\[reply]
Okey. No Problems. About the article. From my point of view, now it has three problems.

1. It hasn't categories. I need to choose them properly. I will begin with the Category and with the organizations, he is a member of. 2. The article needs Wiki references. 3. The page needs a gallery of unique foto this MD. But this task not for me. So I planning to wait for contribution from other Wiki members.
And yes. I already know some rules from this page. Neutral point of view (NPOV), Verifiability (V), No original research (NOR).
And I need to use the Template..

Maybe I've forgotten something?
And I have a question. If I do it all properly, will you unblock me?
