Calamvale Special School[edit]

A "{{prod}}" template has been added to the article Calamvale Special School, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but yours may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Sorry for the somewhat brusque note at the top of this page. Wikipedia gets hundreds of articles on topics such as schools every day and sometimes we can be a little procedural with them. I would encourage you to find some reliable sources that establish notability independent of the school for the article and include them. I hope you continue to contribute; good editors are always welcome. Please let me know if have any questions and happy editing! By the way, I lived in Brisbane for 10 years, mostly in the Bulimba, Morningside areas so I know Calamvale reasonably well. -- Mattinbgn/ talk 03:22, 8 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

References[edit]

Hey Zeno. I noticed you added some references to the article Monarch Butterfly [1]. If you like you could add reference tags as well. In their most basic form they are just the link but with <ref>this</ref> around them. This keeps the style of referencing consistent throughout the article. A bot will also add a title to them automatically I think, so that it won't just be the bare url. It's no big deal, I just thought you may like to learn a little more about referencing. Thank you Richard. I will look into that. --Zeno Klinker (talk) 13:24, 11 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Notification of automated file description generation[edit]

It would be appreciated if you could carefully review the information the bot added. To opt out of these notifications, please follow the instructions here. Thanks! Proposed deletion of Calamvale Creek[edit]

The article Calamvale Creek has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Tihs acticle is a tributary of a tributary of a tributary of the Logan River, that itself is a relatively minor Australian river. The article relies on one minor source and an extensive search of other reliable sources has proven unsuccessful in locating reliable sources. Both the article and the watercourse are generally not notable.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
