Pictures of tea
See Category:Infobox_Tea/No_Picture if you can take a picture and add it so that the page fulfills its purpose. See Wikipedia:WikiProject Tea/Picture Guidelines for guidelines on how to take pictures.
Also check Wikipedia:WikiProject Tea/Free Pictures for a list of companies that allow the use of picture resources from their site under an acceptable license or by attribution.
In 2008, a community forum was established to help manage common goals of the associated Food and Drink WikiProjects. The inactive discussion is located here.
- Goal specific forums
- Guidelines forum - This forum has been set up for the various Food and Drink projects to develop a set of Manual of Style guidelines for use in articles under the auspices of all the related Food and Drink WikiProjects and task forces. This would be similar to the MoS guidelines for biographies or legal articles.
- Restaurant notability guidelines discussion - This guideline is intended to extend WP:CORP, in no way to replace its purpose, in regard to restaurants. It is also not intended to replace, supplant, or otherwise alter the standard notability requirements.
Peer review
Creating new pages or editing previous versions
If you plan to add a variety page (i.e. Da Hong Pao) you should follow the Wikipedia:WikiProject Tea/Guidelines. For pages of grouped tea (i.e. Oolong Tea) the explanation of common pitfalls and guidelines is available too, see Wikipedia:WikiProject Tea/Type Guidelines.
Templates
An example page is available, it is the Yunnan tea article.
- Infobox for Tea, this is a general infobox suitable for the various varieties e.g. Da Hong Pao, but not suitable for things like Wiyi Mountain Oolong, it can be found at Infobox tea. To use it in a page you must include something like this:

- Color definitions for various tea types are defined, as you may notice they create thin horizontal lines, please do not be fooled by Tea_color being the color of the brew, it is merely the type of tea in a non-linked form so that the color definition can be retrieved.
