Project
WikiProject St. Louis Cardinals was founded on May 9, 2007 to record, preserve, and organize the history of the St. Louis Cardinals and that of all articles related to the team on Wikipedia. This project follows the guidelines set forth by our parent project, WikiProject Baseball. If you think you can make a positive contribution to the project, please feel free to become a member by joining the list of members. If you're looking for guidance on where to begin, or if you have any ideas or comments, you can address the project's discussion forum.
Recent Project News
June 15th, 2015 - The Cardinals defeat the Minnesota Twins 3-2, improving their season record to 42-21, continuing to retain MLB's best record.
Scope
An article falls under our scope if it's about anything directly related to the team from the year 1900 to the present day (i.e. players, managers, playoff series, etc). Our project also recognizes the franchise's history prior to 1900, beginning with the 1882 St. Louis Brown Stockings season.

Project Award
The Cardinals play the game the right way; fundamentally sound with a high level of integrity, respect for our history, and 100% effort all the time. That is the Cardinal Way, and that same excellence is what we strive for in our WikiProject. If you would like to give someone an award for their Cardinals related edits, add the following template to their talk or user page: {{subst:The Cardinal Way|message ~~~~}}

Outreach
Our WikiProject is interested in utilizing fun and innovative ways to increase awareness about our project. For instance, anyone is free to join our Folding@home team by using our team number, 192057. Our project is also interested in participating at the Cardinals' annual Winter Warm-Up in future. If you'd be interesting in helping make that a reality, feel free to post to our discussion forum.

  36. Dinodude176 - I am constantly fighting to have the Cardinals' page and the National League Central page reflect the fact that we are 2001 division co-champions. Some Dodgers fan keeps removing it
