Button for Facebook share[edit]

The future is hard to predict. There have been suggestions but no agreement. Currently there is an option called Sharebox for logged in users, but it's not enabled by default. It's free and easy to create an account and has many benefits. Everybody can manually copy a url from the browser address bar and post it somewhere. The url for this page is http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Help_desk.
Sharebox is a script that reorders your toolbox. It adds new buttons that make it easier to mail, print or share an article on Facebook or another linksharing service. This involves the death of Mary Vestera (sp) mistress of Prince Rudolph of Austria-Hungary[edit]

If the last exhumation of her body proved to be "a (corpse)of 100 years," HOW CAN THAT BE?

She died in 1889? And, the corpse was last exhumed in 1993. The years don't add up.

I know what the pages on her/Mayerling/and Prince Rudolph are trying to say; but this is not 100 years.

  1. Determine the specific free license that the photographer has granted to allow anyone to use the photo, and upload the photo to Wikimedia Commons (or to Wikipedia) as described at Wikipedia:Uploading images. (Note that permission for use only on Wikipedia is not enough.)

Problem with archiving[edit]

Hello,

See the documentation for {{archive box}} - the "auto=yes" option only works with the simplest form of naming for the archive pages. You will have to adapt one of the other examples to make the template work. -- John of Reading (talk) 11:01, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Some subpages were not moved, maybe due to the 100-page limit in Wikipedia:Moving a page#Automating multiple page moves. Special:PrefixIndex/User talk:GreatOrangePumpkin/ shows redirects in italics. Some subpages are not in italics. This means they were not moved. And some subpages are only in italics because they were already redirects before the user rename, and not because they were moved. In addition, you requested deletion of User talk:Tomcat7/Archive 1 and User talk:Tomcat7/Archive 2. If Special:PrefixIndex/User talk:Tomcat7/Archive had shown sequentially numbered redirect pages from User talk:Tomcat7/Archive 1 then I think {{archive box|auto=yes|search = yes}} in [1] would have worked. Redirect to itself??[edit]

Firstly, stop wasting your time trying to install AWB under Ubuntu because AutoWikiBrowser (often abbreviated AWB) is a semi-automated MediaWiki editor for Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 designed to make tedious repetitive tasks quicker and easier. (AWB also functions reasonably well under Wine on GNU/Linux but this is not officially supported.)
If you have specific tasks that you would like doing with AWB, you can make polite requests here, the team over there are usually willing to oblige. CaptainScreebo Parley! 14:06, 15 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You can reach Graham87 at User talk:Graham87. I admit it's hard to figure out for a new user because his signature at User talk:Sobconly#Sources doesn't say "talk" like mine. It's subtle but "87" at the end of his signature is a link to User talk:Graham87. See Help:Using talk pages. As his daughter I'm sure you know him best, but our policies Wikipedia:Verifiability and Wikipedia:No original research do not allow editors to add their personal knowledge about things which have not already been published by a reliable source. Wikipedia Offline[edit]

Is there any convenient way to download Wikipedia in its entirety for use offline? Common wiki markup commands[edit]

You should get it above the edit summary box if you disable "Enable enhanced editing toolbar" at Special:Preferences#mw-prefsection-editing. PrimeHunter (talk) 14:40, 14 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

no citation but it's me[edit]

Several months ago I made a scholarly contribution to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thue–Morse_sequence that included a literature citation. I wish to make further contributions to this article of the from, "Robert Richman claims . . . ." This material has not yet been published, so I can provide no citations However, I wish to have some way to indicate that the material is reliable (in the sense that Robert Richman did in fact make the claim) because I am Robert Richman. How can I do this?
