how to reference an bibliography?[edit]

Hi,

This Malaysia Local Artist dont have proper citation in search engine. He do have paper clips as supportive documents but those paper clips dont have in online.

Hello, Parathaman. Sources do not have to be online. As long as they have been published in a reliable source (such as a major newspaper, or a book from a reputable publisher), and enough information is given in the citation that a reader could in principle get hold of the work (for example, through a public library), that is fine. Roads in Montenegro[edit]

Hello.

Recently I have discovered that all the roads in Montenegro have been renamed/recategorised. What happened is that Montenegrin Ministry of Transport has issued new bylaw with new names or changed categories for some roads. Here is the link to the bylaw in Official gazette of Montenegro. It is in Montenegrin, but as it is basically only a list, it is not difficult to understand it, even for non Montenegrin speaker.

With this in mind, I have created on my userpage articles that are in line with this relatively new bylaw, and also new template for the highways in Montenegro. Here are the links to articles M-1, M-1, M-1.1, M-2, M-3, M-4, M-5, M-6, M-7, M-8, M-9, M-10, M-11, M-12 and template. So, I did the legwork, but I am not sure how to properly proceed, and would love help from more experienced editors.

IMHO, for roads that have been just renamed (e.g. current article for M-2.3 and future article for M-10), should also just be renamed in wikipedia, and then updated as needed. Things get a little bit tricky, when one road has been renamed, and then second road has same new designation as first road's previous designation. (e.g. current article for M-6 witch is renamed to M-7, but there is also new road with M-6 designation). In this case, I believe that first we should do the renaming of article for first road (so as to keep the history of article/road), and after that is completed, a new article should be created for second road with same name as previous article for first road. Next, if we have same designation previously and currently, and if a lot of road actually follows the same route (e.g. current article for M-2 and future article for M-2), I believe that in that case, only simple change should be made. Last situation is, new designation of new road, in which case only new article should be created, and that's it.

Note: Since it was a lot of work for a single wikipedian to do, I probably have same mistakes in new articles, but I am sure that for most part it is correct. I used old articles as much as possible, have created new images to reflect current status, and, even thou I know that articles should be better sourced, I believe that they are improvement over old ones and should be published. So, I would appreciate the help with this, as I have never asked for deletion/moving and staff like that for articles, so it would be better if someone else does it. If what I above suggested is the way it should be done, I could list all the movements/creations/deletions that should be done, so that experienced wikipedian can do it.Requiem mn (talk) 09:13, 18 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I think what you need to do is find a more targeted place to post this, where people who are likely to be interested in this topic and who might have specific expertise, see your post/request. You might try Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Montenegro, and (since the last post there was August 7, 2016, and it seems rather unwatched), maybe cross-posting somewhere else. Don't duplicate at a second location but make a head-up request to see that discussion, linking to it, maybe at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Eastern Europe. Well, after i saw that I'm not really getting answer here, I looked where could I ask for help. Since Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Montenegro isn't that active, I believe that Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Highways/Europe is THE most appropriate place to see what they think. And also, I'm not sure what you mean by "make a head-up request...". Easiest way to me seems just to link what I wrote here, and ask what to do. Or maybe I should copy-paste what is here? Each of those error messages includes a help link a page that explains why the error occurred. When you follow the help links, are the the explanations insufficient to answer your questions?

There is a lot to read and learn for new users so I just fixed all the ref errors.[1] Summary: No leading 0 when month is spelled out, include http:// in url, write a |title=... in citation templates, don't use ref group= unless you know what you are doing (most editors never use it), no empty <ref></ref> which may accidentally be inserted when clicking a button. Linking to another Wiki page[edit]

Linking to existing Wikipedia pages is done by placing doubled square brackets around the name of the page. Thus, [[Wikipedia]] produces Wikipedia. A useful expansion of this is done by separating what you want linked, from what you want displayed, with a pipe character ("|"), to create a "piped link". Thus: [[Wikipedia|encyclopedia]] produces encyclopedia, with the displayed text linking to the article, Wikipedia. You can link to internal sections of pages in this way: Wikipedia#name of internal section of that article. By contrast, for external links: http://www.example.org produces http://www.example.org; [http://www.example.org] produces [2]; and [http://www.example.org example] produces example. You can Rayzorg, but it very much depends on what you mean, how you do it, and the nature of the source. Addition of Joe Novak to Wikipedia[edit]

It has been suggested by many Wikipedia users that I be added to Wikipedia in light of my many accomplishments as an artist for the past 36 years and prior to that, as a Harvard trained lawyer.

A recently published edition of my memoir, "Something To Do With Wings" summarizes the trajectory of my life. My question is: What is the process by which a new person is added?

Delete an account[edit]

Looking for a user with an expired block[edit]

Kind of silly, but I would like to check something with the API. Can someone point me to an account with an expired block? Preferably an admin self-block or a block made in error (I would like to eventually put it in the test cases of a future bot, and I don't want to point the finger at someone who has served time).
