[edit]Musical Artist - Jesse Hite
[edit]Does anyone know where Jesse Hite is from? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A01:CB08:8976:C900:A830:478E:A83C:A4AE (talk) 12:39, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- His Facebook page is active - ask him. 41.165.67.114 (talk) 13:36, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- There are a few Google results describing him as a "Forsyth native" and another as "Maroa-Forsyth graduate Jesse Hite". [1] Presumably this is Maroa-Forsyth High School which serves Forsyth, Illinois. Alansplodge (talk) 15:18, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- 41.165.67.114 People do not come here to be simply directed someplace else for research. Second, Facebook pages can be created by anyone. More often than not, celebrities are not the person behind their FB pages. Maineartists (talk) 19:00, 24 August 2020 (UTC)

According to this information, she is indeed. However, this source tells a quite different story … Now which is true?--Hildeoc (talk) 19:55, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- I'm not seeing where the second source says anything about his mother. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 20:31, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- Yeah, it only talks about his four grandparents and one step-grandparent. Can't figure anything about his mother from that. Um. Regardless, these are garbage sources, not useful data for anything. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 20:51, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- Well, I mean, if her parents weren't Jewish – as according to the second source – then she can't be Jewish either (at least not ethnically by descent), right?--Hildeoc (talk) 22:07, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- Taking the actual reality of Efron's ancestry out of the question: The maternal step-grandfather was Jewish. It's possible that her maternal grandmother converted to Judaism when she married the step-grandfather. --jpgordon𝄢𝄆 𝄐𝄇 22:17, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- Which is why we can't deduce anything for sure about his mother, from that article. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 00:49, 25 August 2020 (UTC)
