- Welcome to Wikipedia! Unfortunately, the article as written continues to be presented in the same manner as the previous version that was deleted. Many people have a misunderstanding of the purpose and design of Wikipedia. Encyclopedic articles require notability, established through significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject. The article lacks independent sourcing to establish notability. Additionally, we cannot accept articles which are created and written to promote the subject in any manner. Articles must be written from a somewhat disinterested or detached manner. This is often very difficult for individuals that are associated or closely aligned with the organization. It is a clear red flag when articles are presented in language which states "we are..." or "we have..." Generally for organizations, we look for organizational history or background, focus and goals, accomplishments, programs, strategic partners, and principal partners. - Welcome to Wikipedia. At this point, I would suggest removing the list of 40 organizational members, since it does not add to or enhance the article, but rather detracts. The lead section may need to be revised to summarize the article and present why the organization is important or significant. Please review the Manual of Style for compliance issues in format, italics, and capitalization. Remove ordinals and commas from British formatted dates. Place all citations after punctuation, rather than before. Link technical, specialized, or commonly misunderstood terms to other articles within Wikipedia for clarity. Remove press releases used as citations, since they do not meet requirements for reliability and independence. Revise reference grouping from two columns to only one. Two columns become necessary for better management of articles with 20 or more citations. Not necessary for only four references. Articles on Wikipedia are required to establish notability through significant coverage in reliable sources which are independent of the subject. At this point, the content is solely sourced to the Tribune India. In order to establish notability, please continue researching the subject to ascertain and solidify notability through significant coverage. - You should try and add some more reliable sources to show notability. If notability has not been shown, it might be deleted. Other than that:
- The article title does not need to be written again as a separate item, it is already included.
- Per our policy on external links, external links should not be put in-text. Use a reference template.
- You should wikify a little more.
- Try and adjust the tone to be less promotional.

Just made this on the Austrian writer/playwright/scriptwriter, Anna Gmeyner. She has a page on the German Wikipedia, but nothing on here even though her work is still published in English. I wrote it myself, though used the German site as a reference (I don't speak German so it was just deciphering what I could from google translate). I hope to add a comprehensive list of her work at a later date unless anyone gets in there first. Please let me know what could be edited.

This is basically an overview of the banks history and what it does for it's community as far as involvement. It is not intended to be promotional, but informative. Michael Gargiulo serial killer and notable in Los Angeles media[edit]
Please help me get this article online. User: OrangeMike apparently keeps deleting the information about the serial killer stating that no article exists while Rafael Gargiulo the boxer also has no article or references is put on the notables. Thank you!
