Propose merging Template:Userpage blue border short, Template:Userpage blue border short rounded and Template:Unencycpage with Template:User page.

After Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2020 July 12#Template:User page rounded and Wikipedia:Templates for discussion/Log/2020 July 28#Template:Usertalkpage {{User page}} supports both these styles and usage on talk pages.
