Possible event in Oxford

Wondering if any other Wikipedians would be interested in organizing an editathon in a collaboration with ScienceGrrl Oxford on International Women's Day? I got an email from them awhile back proposing the idea, with the caveat that they don't know how to go about organising editathons, and while I've read the resources available I'd still feel a bit out of my depth, so if any more confident Wikipedians would like to offer a bit of help that would be amazing.
