Yusef Khan (Persian: يوسف خان, also Romanized as Yūsef Khān and Yūsof Khān; also known as Qal‘eh-ye Yūsof and Qal‘eh Yūsuf Khān)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Shirin Darreh Rural District of the Central District of Quchan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Mezerj.[5]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 415 in 121 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 348 people in 115 households.[7] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 521 people in 188 households.[2]
