Non-free images[edit]

I notice the tag at the top of this category page discourages non-free images. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't most/all of these images non-free (though not currently tagged as such)? Photographs of copyrighted product designs (product designs, complete with labeling, typically are copyrighted), when the product design is the sole subject of the photo, are non-free. We even have a template for this sort of photo: {{Non-free product cover}}. Either I'm mistaken somewhere, or nearly all of the images in this category should be tagged and removed from this category. -kotra (talk) 22:01, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
