So, a few things:

"next to a Chisanyama" since that's red linked, could you explain what it means?
I looked at the source, it appears that it's a combined award from Travel + Leisure and Food and Drink?
I think the hook is reasonable, although "one of only 3" should be "one of only three. Also may need to reflect my previous point in the two organisations making the award.

Yes, F&W did the Americas/Africa/Middle East and T+L did the rest. They linked to each others' articles, it was a combined effort.

No great hurry. I liked the 30 miles outside Cape Town because it points out how remote the restaurant is, very unusual for a vaunted restaurant to be outside the urban centers. But maybe the fact it's a township does that already? This is true even when it's information about something you know to be true; someone else needs to be saying it in a reliable source such as a newspaper.
