Template[edit]

Can somebody use a more effective template than the one we have right now? It looks a little strange because the characters get cut off. I think it could be formatted better. Leeidiot008 (talk) 00:30, 26 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Anhui cuisine?[edit]

Anhui cuisine is not usually regarded as one of the eight culinary traditions: Hui cuisine refers to Huizhou cuisine, not Anhui cuisine. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.31.75.33 (talk) 23:02, 20 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Anhui cuisine is considered one of the eight culinary traditions of China. Here is a China Daily article about it http://www.chinadaily.com.cn/english/doc/2004-01/09/content_297512.htm. Also any time you see the traditions of Chinese cuisine written in Chinese it is 徽 as in Anhui, not 惠 as in Huizhou. Usually culinary traditions are based off of regions not relatively small cities. --Leeidiot008 (talk) 18:30, 28 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Citation 1 fails[edit]

The first citation, the only one in English, gets redirected to the Chinese car rental site which is what BeijingTouree actually is. No way of retrieving any English article about Anhui cuisine. I think this subject requires at least one English reference on en.wikipedia.Silas Maxfield (talk) 08:18, 31 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
