RA8485[edit]

I removed the assertion that RA8485 makes consumption of dog meat illegal in the Philippines. That assertion is not confirmed by the cited supporting source and, in fact, RA8485 has nothing whatever to do with the consumption of dog meat (or any other kind of meat) -- it is concerned with supervising and regulating the establishment and operations of facilities utilized for breeding, maintaining, keeping, treating or training of animals.[1].

While I was at it, I imported some supporting cites from the Dog meat article for countries mentioned as eaters of dog meat. I removed mention of Cambodia because that article doesn't mention it (or, of course, cite a source which would support that mention).
