Cleanup of lede[edit]

I removed the following sentence from the lede, as it didn't really make sense:

... but in Ireland and the United Kingdom it is made fresh. It is not canned and ...

If a non-OR citation for it's fresh availability can be found, it should be added back, but I think the article is better without it for now. 195.99.197.50 (talk) 14:37, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Netherlands[edit]

The article says that it's manufactured in the Netherlands. I have the impression that an earlier version only talked about one specific brand of bacon grill. For the record the Dulano-brand version in the photograph (which seems to be Lidl's house brand) was made in Denmark. Which is Netherlands-ish. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 21:27, 6 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
