Edit request on 21 March 2012[edit]

Hello, I work for BlueWare and we havent been paid in 6 weeks thanks to rose harr would like to correct the Wikipedia page for our company and get it unlocked. Here are the changes that we would like to be edited.

BlueWare

BlueWare is an international Strategic Healthware Solutions corporation located in Cadillac, Michigan, originally created by former IBM Healthcare and Advanced Technology Specialists. The development and marketing of software products specific to the healthcare industry is the major focus of the business.

OUR VIEW BlueWare believes in a healthcare environment where information is accessible, accurate, and comprehensive. We devote our work to advancing a lifelong electronic health record repository that interoperates with various systems to create the most complete record on the market. We believe that we can utilize each system within an integrated healthcare delivery network to coordinate all patient information together in one user-friendly system, creating the all-digital health record from “cradle to grave”.

OUR PASSION BlueWare employs a staff of highly skilled and certified professionals, teachers and healthcare leaders to perform in two distinctive areas, Industry Consulting and Product Software Development Specialization in healthcare. Our associates are proficient in healthcare and information systems, and are familiar with the issues of today’s healthcare provider.

OUR COMMITMENT BlueWare strives to address the challenges and develop software solutions that take into consideration the concerns of healthcare providers; cost, installation time and training. We are committed to the integrity of our service and to building relationships with our clients as they grow and prosper. Our undertaking is to build upon the platforms currently in place. Leading the industry in interoperability is one of our initiatives, and we devote much of our research and development efforts to assisting the healthcare industry in creating interoperable health records for health information exchange.

OUR VISION BlueWare is creating a world where healthcare is improved by giving the right people the access to the right information at the right time. We believe that working collectively; we have the tools to lengthen the life expectancy of mankind. We carry this worldwide vision to each and every community we serve.

BlueWare’s founders recognized that hospitals were drowning in paper. Even the smallest hospital on their client base generated two million pieces of paper a year. A software solution that created a secure repository for all that paper was becoming imperative by sheer volume. But perhaps even more important was how all that paper could affect the actual quality of care. Therefore, of the 25 modules, we focus on the medical history which happens to be in paper form today for close to 100% of all patients worldwide.

BlueWare was founded in 1993 with the vision to create the all-digital health record from cradle to grave for all populations by a group of IBMers including Rose Harr. BlueWare software, now called BestBond, aggregates patient information from disparate systems (as well as paper) and merges the information into a common view of the patient’s entire health history that is extremely user-friendly. From the north woods of Michigan, BlueWare has become a principle player in healthcare technology. The BestBond software suite is now used by more than 200 healthcare facilities through the United States and Europe.

Global Expansion: In 1999, BlueWare went nationwide. 2005 marked BlueWare’s global expansion with the opening of BlueWare’s International Headquarters in Andover, England.

Technology Innovation: In 2008, with a new Application Development Team, BlueWare released the most significant new software release in half a decade, BestBond Version 4. The new version offers significant Revenue Cycle Management workflows and is a Software as a Service offering. BestBond Version 4 continues to expand with the addition of biomedical device support, an electronic training module and electronic data entry capabilities in 2009.

2009 marked the release of Version 5 as well, which was the initial cross platform release of BestBond.

In 2010, BlueWare launched BestBond Version 6 at Smart Healthcare in London. Customers were amazed and Prospects scheduled private viewings of the BlueWare BestBond.

BlueWare continues to bring healthcare IT advancements that facilitate secure information sharing among large populations and communities. Regardless of working with small community hospitals in the United States, or large hospital trusts in the United Kingdom, BlueWare’s goal is to connect the healthcare community large or small.

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. The template is for requesting specific changes and requires reliable sources. Thanks, Celestra (talk) 14:51, 21 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

You should read the policy/advice about conflict of interest. The gist is that you can edit with a conflict of interest, but you need to be very careful about writing in a neutral manner and providing reliable sources for any facts you present. Are there specific errors on the current page which you want to correct immediately? If you provide an independent, reliable source, we can state what the source states. If we rely on company websites, we can only state that the company claims this. Thanks, Celestra (talk) 14:48, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]

BLP issue[edit]

The article currently says "One of the major issues in the campaign was the contract Needelman had signed with BlueWare. It would later emerge that some of the money Needelman had arranged for BlueWare to receive was being diverted to his campaign. None of the cited sources seems to support this, but this is a very negative WP:BLP issue about Needelman. It must be cited or removed. DES (talk) 15:48, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Removed the whole section (for now) as it primarily relied on legal documents hosted on scribd. --NeilN talk to me 16:41, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I thought those were not really acceptable. On the other hand, there has probably been some actual news reporting on this. I was brought here from a COI request on the help desk. DES (talk) 16:56, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I agree and same here. If I have time this week and if no one else has done it, I will see if I can write something that is properly sourced. --NeilN talk to me 17:32, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Possible sources include:
I may work on a rewrite also if I have time. DES (talk) 18:03, 17 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Semi-protected edit request on 3 December 2015[edit]

I am BlueWare's Digital Marketing Manager. Please change the section title "Move to Florida" to "Scandal" and move that section to the bottom. This request was made by Rose Harr, CEO. rose@blueware.net. Rose believes that the section isn't really about the "Move to Florida", it's about the Scandal that took place after they moved. That is the reason for the title change request. Rose asked for the section to be moved to the bottom of the page because she is working hard to improve BlueWare's reputation and she thinks that might help. The case will go through court or be dismissed in 2016, after that happens, I will submit a request to update that scandal info based on the outcome. For now, please consider the section title change and the section move. Bluewareedit (talk) 02:37, 3 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Not done for now: Please enter the reason you want this edit made. JQTriple7 talk 00:07, 6 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
