Overview[edit]

I think this section is important. It provides context, particularly as to the growth of the "female seminary movement." Moreover, this particular institution fulfilled those expectations and needs, and was a product of its time and place. The list of alumnae supports that conclusion. It is impeccably referenced from an undoubted WP:RS. So I disagree with any attempt to eliminate or cut it. 7&6=thirteen () 18:46, 21 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Now that we have the Female seminary article and link, I guess my perspective changes. 7&6=thirteen () 03:06, 22 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Closure?[edit]

When did it close, since it's no longer there. And is the house on Seminary St. the original school building, or is it a replacement? 74.104.151.75 (talk) 17:21, 2 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
