Paprikas or paprikash?[edit]

It's a bit peculiar that the article is called "Chicken paprikash" while the lede starts off with "Chicken paprikas" (and then "paprikas chicken"). While it may be that, unlike e.g. Goulash, the spelling has not been Anglicised, it should still at least be consistent in the lede. I don't want to be bold and change it without discussion.
