Fair use rationale for Image:CuppysCoffeeLogo.png[edit]

Image:CuppysCoffeeLogo.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Nov 2015[edit]

I reverted to edits from before User:All Pro Internet because aside from being obviously promotional, I sense something odd. I get the feeling the site at http://cuppyscoffee.com is not from the original chain, but someone seems to have registered it more recently and is using the site to push a questionable sale. I get the feeling there is no new chain out and the old chain is still mostly dead, although some places are still using the name. LionMans Account (talk) 01:51, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Guess I should add in it looks like all trademarks for the old chain have been abandoned, and someone has registered new trademarks. That person appears to be selling new franchises under the same name. It looks like that person is the same person editing the page. LionMans Account (talk) 14:24, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@LionMans Account I did see this comment before commenting on the AfD, but it took some time to come up to speed on other aspects of this subject. There does appear to be a new (2015) TM CUPPY'S COFFEE since the 2009 filing of a very similar CUPPY'S COFFEE SMOOTHIES & MORE. The owner of the TM and the Domain appears to be the same person [1] and appears to specialize in MLM. @User:All Pro Internet needs to disclose his interest explain what is exactly happening here. I'm not interested in injuring this person's brand, but I'm also not interested in allowing a sanitized article to exist when so many others have been financially injured with alleged stolen deposits.[2] 009o9 (talk) 20:00, 2 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
