Digital deals[edit]

To me, this practice of giving a lower discount by scanning digital deals or using the app to qualify for digital deals, is so completey unfair to older citizens and those with social security income only. These are the people who don't have smart phones or don't know how to use the apps, all the while they are the lowest income group and need the most assistance against all the rising costs that social security can't begin to keep up with. I really think this is a dis-service to those who need better prices the most.
