"Fairwood Cafe"[edit]

The restaurant is not called Fairwood Cafe, from the references link added by Fatpig73. It does not have the word "Cafe". If anyone has any idea otherwise, please let me know here or that link will be removed in a few days. Thank you. Herenthere 23:28, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Whoever did that was only partially right. Fairwood does operate restaurants under the Buddy Cafe name, but you are right to say that there is no Fairwood Cafe. Jon914 07:00, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Need Interior Photo and Food Photo[edit]

I've recently joined Wikipedia and am interested in devoting some effort towards improving articles related to HK cuisine. This one looks like a good one to expand, so I will be doing that.

I need your help though since I do not live in Hong Kong. I need a photograph of the interior of the restaurant as well as a photo of one of the dishes (breakfast probably will turn out the best looking), which I unfortunately did not snap last time I visited HK. Found an interior photo here, but it's on flickr. I'll contact the author and ask them about it. http://www.flickr.com/photos/floorgasm/422236515/in/pool-abouthongkong/ Jon914 07:39, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Expansion[edit]

I have reworked and expanded the original article by a great deal. I would appreciate it if a local could supplement my work with additional details, as I only had my memory and the official website / press releases to work off of. I do not live in Hong Kong, but I stayed there for 2 weeks last month.

If everything checks in pretty well, then it's a matter of expanding the visuals, and then we can get this bumped up to Start class since it's far past a stub now.

To get it up to B, I need somebody to snap a shot of the menu, so I can start putting together a more concrete list of dishes. I'll also add a section on locations too and get a little bit more about the history. -- Jon914 06:59, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
