Allicin content of[edit]

Anyone interested in the purported benefits of allicin will want to know how much allicin is in garlic powder. My guess is that there is little, since the Wikipedia entry for Allicin says that it is unstable, breaking down in 16 hours at room temperature. But it would be good to have a more definitive answer.
