Here are some from the last couple weeks. [1] ChildofMidnight (talk) 23:31, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Reads like a PR piece[edit]

Case in point, quoting that a review says the book "celebrates that deliciously sinful strip of cured pork belly." This sounds more like the blurb from the back of a book's dust jacket than a piece of literary criticism. Isn't there any review that has an independent opinion about the book that can be quoted (something that doesn't sound as if it was written by Lauer's PR firm)? 24.118.76.70 (talk) 00:21, 19 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed.--DiamondRemley39 (talk) 22:52, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Should it be merged?[edit]

I was going to clean the article up to sound less like several press releases strung together, but there would be so little remaining. Now I think notability may be an issue. As the author is most notable for her book, and the book has its own article, should the articles perhaps be combined?--DiamondRemley39 (talk) 22:55, 8 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
