Missing[edit]

This page is missing Switzerland. I live in Switzerland and I've seen: regular Fanta, Fanta orange (That's different than the regular one, right?), Fanta graphefruit. But if someone has a more complete list they might be better suited to writing that in. --Mithcoriel (talk) 18:59, 31 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh yeah, add Fanta Mango to that list. --Mithcoriel (talk) 12:19, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Fanta orange is regular one :-). 92.36.145.11 (talk) 20:11, 31 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Notes[edit]

This page needs consistency! Why are only certain langauges represented (ie Japanese and Russian) while others are missing (Hebrew, Arabic and Chinese) If this in an English Wikipedia page, no translations are required (you can go to the individual pages for that!) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 51.37.155.203 (talk) 12:58, 23 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It still needs cleanup! If there was an award for the most useless articles on Wikipedia, I think this would rank among the top. I know this is original research but Fanta was for sale in Jordan. I bought Strawberry and Apple. 76.93.182.194 (talk) 19:11, 25 August 2008 (UTC)dkasdan[reply]

Under United States, it lists Red Creme Soda. I distinctly remember this being spelled Red Cream Soda, but I would like to verify this before modifying the article. While I'm attempting to get official verification from a reliable source... it would be helpful if anyone who remembers the spelling of this flavor, could make a note here as to whether they remember Creme or Cream. It is quite possible the soda was produced under both spellings, depending on the region. Fallendarling (talk) 20:52, 3 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Swedish availability![edit]

Knowing that Wiki loves to have references to an article makes it quite difficult sometimes. Being a Coca Cola/Fanta can collector since 25 years ago, I know what flavours we have/had available in Sweden, but finding references on the net to all flavours, where and when they were introduced is more than difficult, cause there just doesn't exist such references for those things left on the net! But that doesn't mean that I'm not correct in what I'm writing! Any tips on how to do things different would be nice... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 87.227.103.46 (talk) 22:54, 23 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Canadian flavours[edit]

In 40 years, I think I have seen Orange, Grape, and Cream Soda in Ontario.
If the Canadian flavour list is correct, then it must vary by province, and those could be indicated. Varlaam (talk) 23:39, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Tsjetsjenia, from October 2010[edit]

That would be Chechnya, rendered in Dutch perhaps? Varlaam (talk) 23:52, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

US + Zambia[edit]

Why did those stragglers from the end of the alphabet get eliminated? They used to have sections. Varlaam (talk) 23:54, 18 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Finland[edit]

Orange Fanta was the only Fanta in Finland back in the 70s, long before the Mandarine flavour. Lalli (talk) 13:08, 1 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

South Africa[edit]

Seems to be missing South Africa too. When I was there I saw Fanta Grape and Fanta Strawberry. There might be others. --Mithcoriel (talk) 12:18, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

German Fanta[edit]

I had German Orange Fanta and i must say tastes much less syrupy and more fizzy enjoyed it. Wish we had it in America.

Also Sala berry was pretty good. That is all. 76.118.229.28 (talk) 22:37, 24 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Australia[edit]

I made some changes. I added Ginger Beer and Creaming Soda (as retired) - I very fondly remember the late 80s and enjoying those 2 far more than the orange variety. Also removed all the ones that were listed as "available as imports". Grey area. But no other country has it listed and I don't think it really counts that it's available because it can be imported. Finally, I unlisted retired from raspberry. It might not be available bottled, but it's certainly still available on soda fountains at fast food outlets The KZA (talk) 04:32, 19 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Small grammar point[edit]

I would fix it myself, but it's edit-locked. :( Near the start of the UK section, there is an instance of "1970's" with the incorrect apostrophe.

Also, I just got back from holiday in Japan, was very surprised when there to encounter grape flavour, but now learning just how many flavours there are has blown my mind. 2.25.134.149 (talk) 13:17, 2 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I've fixed the year formatting. Thanks for pointing that out! Sophus Bie (talk) 06:23, 24 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Formatting/Organization[edit]

Looking through this article, something that strikes me is that it's very difficult to read because it's so long and unstructured - for someone interested in quick comparisons, I wonder if organizing this in tables, maybe separated in blocks by continent, might be useful. I'd be interested in other ideas for re-organization too. Would anyone care about trying to reformat the page, generally?

Of course I realize this is Fanta flavors, and not serious business. Still, I'm oddly interested in making the page more readable. E Julienn (talk) 01:39, 4 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Availability for Turkey[edit]

that -Grape (Atatürk Memorial) article made me confused. Atatürk Memorial may be Atatürk Orman Çiftliği[1] but i don't think they are producing grape for Fanta products. 68.9.213.69 (talk) 23:43, 23 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Peru[edit]

They have Fanta in Peru. Though I've only seen Orange. It was all we drank when we were there because the Coca Cola tasted different from what it tastes like back in the Us. Conversely, the Fanta Orange in Peru tastes much better than the Fanta in the US. When we ordered a Fanta, it was always a given that it was Orange Soda. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.101.37.198 (talk) 13:49, 2 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
