Inkyhack (talk) 18:24, 15 February 2015 (UTC)Dr. Ken Albala is a well-known food historian who is frequently quoted in national and international media. I'm attempting to build a page about him because he has (in my opinion) become somewhat of a celebrity in the world of history authors. I reached out to Dr. Albala and asked him to submit some information for this page. He sent me quite a bit of info and I have attempted to reduce it down to basic facts and information. I have attempted to find third-party references to as many pieces of information that I could locate. I'm hoping this passes muster.[reply]
